empowered me in ways that saved me time and money. She gave me facts and answered questions
truthfully and promptly, but seemed to know when to patiently stand aside and let me look and process. She
always is timely and on point with communications, never overkill. My purchase was under $125,000, yet she
treated me as seriously and respectfully as if I were a big time investor. She hooked me up with a dynamite
mortgage broker who got me a way better deal than the two banks I was talking to. She knows this whole
area like it was her own back yard. Seems to know a lot of people, too, a great networker. She was actually
the listing agent; I didn't bother with a buyer's agent. MC remained neutral and represented both our interests
fairly. I've met five good realtors in the past year (selling, buying, and cold calling). They were all good, but
